Mix all the dough ingredients together with hand or a kitchen mixer. Knead into a soft dough with lukewarm water.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour covered in a warm place.
Make garlic butter by combining all the ingredients in the microwave or cooking over stove until the butter melts. Set aside!
Punch the dough to release air and then divide into 6 equal sized balls. Let the balls rest for another 10 mins.
Roll the naans into semi circles of around 0.5cm thickness.
Heat a flat pan (tawa). Place the naan on it with heat on medium high. It will start rising and forming bubbles on top. Flip over when one side is cooked. Wait for it to get golden on the other side too.
Put on a plate and brush with garlic butter. Sprinkle some chopped coriander.
Repeat the same process for all the naans and serve hot!
