Welcome to Chili To Choc

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome to Chili To Choc, a cozy corner where you’ll find bold, flavor-packed recipes made simple.

2 side by side pictures of Qashang (Chili to Choc).

A Little About Me

I’m Qashang, the content creator behind Chili To Choc. Born and raised in Pakistan, I now live in Germany with my husband and our two little girls. I wear many hats—recipe developer, cook, food stylist, photographer, and videographer!

Cooking has always been a huge part of my life. It’s my way of staying connected to home, exploring cuisines, and creating something special for the people I love.

What You’ll Find On Chili To Choc

At Chili To Choc, flavor always comes first. One thing’s for sure, bland doesn’t happen in my kitchen. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Recipes from Around the World: From creamy pastas and addictive Asian dishes to Middle Eastern street food and comforting desi classics, I love bringing a global table to your home.
  • Big, Bold Flavors: Every recipe is built on rich, satisfying taste! Whether it’s the flavorful Chicken Shawarma Bowl, spicy Firecracker Chicken, or irresistible Blackened Fish Tacos.
  • Easy, Fuss-Free Cooking: I don’t believe in over-complicating things. Most of my recipes are straightforward and beginner-friendly; perfect for home cooks who want great results without the stress. Check out my easy 30-minute meals!
  • Pakistani Dishes: You’ll find modern takes on traditional desi meals and authentic flavors—think Keema Naan, Chapli Kabab and homemade Jalebi.

How Chili To Choc Started

Chili To Choc began in 2019 as a hobby on Instagram. What started as a fun way to share food pics turned into something much bigger, my passion, my creative outlet, and now, a growing platform with a global community.

Since then, I’ve launched a full blog and YouTube channel, and my recipes have been featured by Buzzfeed, Reader's Digest, Elle, and more.
