Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend well till everything is well incorporated and smooth. You will have a dense and creamy smoothie.
Pour in a glass. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon powder and enjoy cold!

You can add a sweetener of your choice like honey, maple syrup or brown sugar if the smoothie is not sweet enough for you.
Use frozen bananas for a thicker consistency.
Medjool dates are exceptionally soft and blend effortlessly. If you're using any other variety that is a bit dry, I suggest soaking them beforehand.
