fresh mint

cup
fresh coriander
1-2
green chilies
1
clove
garlic
½
inch
piece ginger

tablespoon
cumin seeds
3-4
tablespoon
tamarind pulp
or 1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate mixed with 2 tablespoon water
water
as required
Instructions
Add everything except water to a
mini blender
and blitz till combined and smooth.
Dilute with water until you get the consistency you like.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.
