Green Tamarind Chutney
A sweet, spicy and tangy chutney made with tamarind, mint and green chilies.

Servings: cup (approx.)
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint
- ½ cup fresh coriander
- 1-2 green chilies
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ inch piece ginger
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 3-4 tablespoon tamarind pulp or 1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- water as required
Instructions
- Add everything except water to a mini blender and blitz till combined and smooth.
- Dilute with water until you get the consistency you like.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.
