This Hot Honey Flatbread Pizza is sweet, spicy, and cheesy all in one bite. Made with store-bought flatbread, it’s quick to put together and super versatile. Top it with mozzarella, pepperoni, and veggies, then finish with a drizzle of hot honey for the ultimate weeknight dinner or crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread 2–3 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each flatbread. Season with dried oregano, ground black pepper and coarse sea salt.
Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni, black olives, jalapeños, and red onion evenly on top. Optionally sprinkle some more dried oregano.
Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden.
While the pizzas bake, combine honey, sriracha, vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20–30 seconds until the honey is thin, then stir well and set aside.
Remove the pizzas from the oven and drizzle with hot honey. Garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes
Store any leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–5 days. Reheat in the air fryer for oven for best crispiness.
Swap toppings to your preference e-g chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers, or cheddar cheese work well. For a vegetarian version, skip pepperoni and load up on veggies.
Preheat the baking tray and place the flatbread directly on the hot tray for a perfectly crisp base.
Microwave the hot honey briefly just before drizzling so it spreads easily over the pizza.
