This easy Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake combines the flavors of tangy cheesecake, sweet strawberries, and a buttery graham cracker crust for a rich and refreshing treat. It’s the perfect dessert in a glass!
Wash the strawberries thoroughly. Cut off the green stems and slice the strawberries into halves for easier blending.
Crush the graham crackers for the topping and transfer them to a small plate. Pour the strawberry syrup onto a separate plate with raised edges.
Dip the rims of the serving glasses into the strawberry syrup, then press into the crushed graham crackers, spinning to coat evenly. Drizzle any remaining syrup inside the glasses or use an electric handheld frother to create decorative rings.
In a blender, combine the strawberries, cream cheese, vanilla ice cream, graham crackers, and whole milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses and top with whipped cream.
Garnish each glass with a sliced strawberry and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
Insert a thick straw and serve immediately. Enjoy cold!
