What Is A Freakshake
In simple words, it's a milkshake gone crazy. There is a lot of madness going on this ultimate luscious Lotus Biscoff Freakshake. This milkshake not only helps beat the summer heat but it also satisfies any dessert cravings. The best part is you only need 4 ingredients to make it.

Ingredients You Need
- Of course, Lotus Biscoff spread is an absolute must. For this freakshake I use the 'smooth' spread but you can use 'crunchy' too.
- Lotus Biscoff ice cream can be replaced with vanilla ice cream. And to make the shake less rich you can also skip it entirely.
- Use your choice of milk. I used full-fat milk.
- Add sugar to sweeten the drink slightly but it is optional.
- Lotus Biscoff cookies and whipped cream are for decoration only.
How To Make Lotus Biscoff Freakshake
- Blend. Blitz milk, ice cream, Biscoff spread and ice cubes till smooth.
- Decorate. Drizzle melted Biscoff spread inside the glasses, smear some of the spread on the top edges of the glass and press crushed Biscoff cookies on it.
- Assemble. In the glass, pour milkshake, add whipped cream, drizzle melted Biscoff spread and top with a cookie.
- Serve cold and enjoy!

Lotus Biscoff Freakshake
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoon Lotus Biscoff spread plus extra for decoration
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 6 scoops vanilla/Biscoff ice cream divided
- Lotus Biscoff cookies for decoration
- whipped cream for topping
- sugar optional
Instructions
- To the blender jar add milk, ice cubes, Biscoff spread and 4 scoops of ice cream.
- Blend till smooth.
- Warm some extra Biscoff spread in the microwave till it melts.
- Drizzle this melted spread on the inner side of the glasses.
- With a butter knife, take the regular (not melted) spread and put it all round the top outer edges of the glasses.
- Crush some Biscoff cookies and press them to the top edges.
- Add 1 scoop of ice cream to each glass. Pour the milkshake. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle the melted Biscoff spread. Add insert half a cookie on top.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
