Step By Step With Photos


- Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to a mug.
- Add a shot of espresso and stir well to combine.

Equipment
Milk frothing:
You can froth milk using a handheld milk frother, a steam wand on an espresso machine, or by heating the milk and shaking it in a tightly sealed jar. Whole milk creates the creamiest foam, but other milks work well with a little extra shaking or frothing.
Espresso / coffee:
This latte works with espresso brewed from a Nespresso machine or any espresso maker. If you don't have espresso, use strong brewed coffee or instant coffee mixed with hot water for a similar strength.

Maple Cinnamon Latte
Ingredients
- 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- ยผ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 shot espresso
- โ cup (150 ml) whole milk or milk of choice
Instructions
- Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to a mug and stir to combine.
- Pour in a shot of espresso (or strong coffee) and mix until the cinnamon is evenly dissolved.
- Froth the warm milk until foamy, then pour it over the coffee, spooning foam on top.
- Finish with a light drizzle of maple syrup, a pinch of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use 2 shots of espresso.
- Whole milk gives the creamiest foam, but oat or almond milk work well too.
- Iced version:ย Add maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon to a glass and stir to dissolve. Fill the glass with ice, pour over the espresso, then top withย (โ -ยพ cup)ย 150-180ml cold-foamed milk. Stir gently and serve.
- Topping ideas:ย Finish with a drizzle of maple syrup, a light dusting of cinnamon or cinnamon sugar, a spoon of milk foam, or whipped cream.
