In today's recipe we will use a combo of peanut butter with almonds and nutella with pistachios. If you have a sweet tooth and love nutella then you will also love my Nutella Stuffed Double Chocolate Muffins.

2 Ways Of Making Stuffed Dates

Slit the dates in the center and take out their seed. If you have pitted dates feel free to use them instead. I love using Medjool dates which are richer, a bit larger and softer than the regular ones.

1. Peanut Butter & Almond: Add some peanut butter into the dates, stuff with a whole almond and sprinkle some coconut flakes.

2. Nutella & Pistachio: Fill the dates with nutella or any hazelnut spread. Chop some salted pistachios and sprinkle on the dates.

Can You Make Them Ahead

You can pit your dates, slit them from the middle and add the peanut butter and/or hazelnut spread. Keep them in an airtight container for 2 days. Before serving add your nuts.
