- Refrigerate the mango syrup.
- In another pot brew some black tea.
- Let the tea cool before using it.
- Fill tall glasses with some ice cubes. And add the mango syrup.

Expert Tips
- Use Ripe Mangoes – Ripe, fresh mangoes give the best natural sweetness and flavor. You can sub with mango puree, nectar or mango juice.
- Choose the Right Tea – Black tea will give a bolder flavor, while green tea is lighter and more refreshing. Adjust based on your personal preference.
- Brew Properly – Don’t over-steep the tea, or it may turn bitter. Stick to 3–5 minutes for black tea and 2–3 minutes for green tea.
- Sweeten to Taste – Honey, simple syrup, or agave work well. Adjust the sweetness based on your mango’s ripeness.
- Chill for Best Flavor – Let the tea cool before adding ice to prevent watering down. You can also refrigerate it for a few hours.
- Add Citrus – A squeeze of lemon or lime balances the sweetness and brings out the flavors.
